- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Extremely horrible customer service. Called wondering if they accept my dental insurance coverage, and the representative had no idea, was unfamilar, I'm from out of state and refused to even check after I provided my information. Her exact words were ".. to check I would need all your information, I'm not familiar with that name, guessing it's only state wide. I'm gonna go with no, and no I won't check." How does she openly admit to not recognizing my coverage plan, yet assumes that it's infact ONLY state wide? And then refuses to even check for me. My mouths in serious pain thanks. Unhelpful & lazy staff, you lady are not a knowledgeable or welcoming employee in any way and are in need of a new attitude.August 28, 2017by allison hamerski
